The same flow works for rubles (bank transfer) and US dollars in cash. The only difference is how you hand over the funds and how you collect the euros.

Step 1 — Message the bot and choose a direction
Open the bot and tell it what you want to exchange: USDT to euros, rubles to euros, or US dollars to euros. For USDT, mention the network you plan to send from — the bot will confirm which major networks we accept (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and others). If you are not sure, ask; it is quicker to check than to guess.
This first message is also where you say roughly how much you want to exchange and which city on the Costa Blanca suits you for an in-person handover.
Step 2 — Get a fixed rate and confirm
The bot replies with the current rate for your direction and amount. That rate already includes our fee — there is no separate commission added on top at the end. What you see is what the deal is built on.
Once you confirm, the rate is fixed for the deal. Crypto moves fast, so a quote is valid for a short window; the bot will tell you how long. If you take a while to decide, you simply ask for a fresh quote.
We do not publish rates on this website on purpose. A number printed here would be stale within minutes and would mislead you. The live rate lives in the bot, where it is always current.
Step 3 — Choose how to receive your euros
You pick the payout method that fits the situation:
Cash
Euros in hand at a meeting by appointment in Alicante or another Costa Blanca town. The most common choice for smaller and medium amounts.
ATM
Withdrawal arranged so you collect euros from an ATM. Useful when a face-to-face handover is not convenient.
SEPA bank transfer
Euros sent to your IBAN by SEPA. Best for larger amounts or when you would rather not carry cash. Domestic SEPA transfers in Spain usually arrive the same or next business day.
EUR invoice

Step 4 — Receive your euros
Once everything is agreed, you send your USDT (or rubles, or dollars) and receive euros by the method you chose. Cash and ATM handovers happen by appointment within our working hours; SEPA and invoice payouts follow the timelines confirmed in the bot.
Timing and limits
The minimum exchange is from €300. There is no published maximum — for larger sums we may ask for a few details so the deal runs smoothly, which we handle directly in the bot.
In-person meetings run Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–15:00. We work online and by appointment across Alicante and the Costa Blanca, without a walk-in office.

How long does the whole process take?
For cash and ATM, it is usually the time it takes to confirm the rate and meet by appointment. SEPA transfers depend on the bank but domestic euro transfers in Spain are typically same or next business day.
Do I need to register anywhere?
No. Everything happens in the Telegram bot — there is no account on this website and no sign-up.
Is the rate really fixed before I send anything?
Yes. You confirm the rate in the bot first, and the deal is built on that figure. You are never sending funds against an unknown number.
