The rate and fees
How is the rate set?
You get a single rate for your direction and amount, and that rate already includes our fee. There is no separate commission added at the end. You confirm the rate in the bot before the deal, so the figure you agree to is the figure the exchange is built on.
Is there a commission on top of the rate?
No separate exchange commission. Our fee is built into the rate the bot quotes. The only extra that can apply is a blockchain network fee for moving USDT, which is a third-party cost — the bot makes it clear before you send anything.
Why isn't the rate shown on the website?
Because a printed number would be wrong within minutes. Crypto and currency markets move continuously, so we keep the live rate in the bot, where it stays current for your exact direction and amount.
Can I lock the rate before sending funds?
Yes. You confirm the rate in the bot first, and it is fixed for the deal. A quote is valid for a short window since the market moves; if it lapses, you simply ask for a fresh one.
Limits and amounts
What is the minimum amount?
The minimum exchange is from €300, across all directions and payout methods.
Is there a maximum?
There is no fixed published maximum. Larger amounts are welcome; for sizeable sums we may ask for a few practical details up front so the handover runs cleanly. That is handled in the bot.
USDT and networks
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
USDT only. We do not handle other coins. On the fiat side we also exchange rubles (bank transfer) and US dollars in cash for euros.
Which USDT networks can I send from?
The major networks — TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and others. Mention the network you plan to use when you message the bot, and it will confirm whether it is supported. If you are unsure, ask before sending.
Do different networks cost different amounts to send?
Yes. The blockchain network fee varies by network and by how busy the chain is. Sending USDT on TRC20 is usually very cheap; the ERC20 network can cost more when it is congested. This fee is separate from our rate, and the bot will flag it where relevant.
Payout methods
How can I receive my euros?
Four ways: cash in hand at a meeting, an ATM withdrawal, a SEPA bank transfer to your euro IBAN, or a EUR invoice for companies. You choose the method that fits when you confirm the deal.
How fast is a SEPA transfer?
It depends on the bank, but domestic euro transfers within Spain are typically same or next business day.
Can I get euros in cash?
Yes — cash is the most common choice for small to medium amounts. It happens at a meeting by appointment on the Costa Blanca, within working hours.
Do you exchange rubles and dollars too?

Location and meetings
Where do you operate?
Alicante is our hub, and we serve the wider Costa Blanca — Torrevieja, Benidorm, Calpe, Jávea (Xàbia), Dénia and Altea. We work online and by appointment, without a walk-in office.
What are your working hours?
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 and Sat 09:00–15:00. You can message the bot at any time and we reply when we are back.
Do I need an appointment?
For in-person cash handovers, yes — you arrange the time and place in the bot after your rate is confirmed. SEPA, ATM and invoice payouts do not need a meeting.
